Shipping policy
If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, a claim can be filed with the carrier within the carriers terms. Orders are typically processed the same day after payment confirmation. For speedy order processing is it best to submit your order by 2pm with payment, otherwise may delay your order. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the buyer's location. By completing a purchase the buyer agrees, the seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer. Most orders are shipped the same day if placed before 2PM, or the next business day (Monday–Friday) excluding holidays. We recommend placing orders at least one week in advance to account for any unexpected carrier delays.
